Middle & High School students are invited to an engaging evening centered on mental health, identity, and faith. We’ll gather for pizza, music, conversation, and hands-on stations that create space to explore emotions, stress, relationships, and self-care through a faith-filled lens.
Keynote speaker— School Counselor and ELCA Deacon, Shera Nesheim—will help us talk honestly about mental health, and share how community and healthy tools can support us through life’s ups and downs.
Youth will have the chance to reflect, create, ask questions, and discover ways God meets us in our real lives—feelings and all. This is a safe, welcoming space to listen, learn, and grow together. Come as you are. This event is hosted by Greater Grand Forks ELCA leaders.
