Don your capes, lace up your boots, and partner with Spirt Foundation in making the Feet4Fees Youth Day Fun Run one of epic proportions!
Together we can be the Hero's and inspire our youth to dream big and be a hero in their community.
Our goal is to raise R100 000 through #Feet4Fees which will go towards growing our scholarship funds for 2025.
Our minimum entry fee is R200 but you are welcome to donate any amount above that towards helping us meet our goals.

Start Time : 8am (10km) 8:15am (5km)
Venue: Groot Constantia
Registration ( and sock collection) : Friday 14 June 3pm - 5pm at Groot Constantia.
Parking is limited - we encourage you to park outside of the estate and take a gentle warm up walk to the start.
