💼 Position:Youth Counselor – First and Second Shift, Full Time, & Part Time Positions Available
🧍 What You’ll Do:
Support, mentor, and guide at-risk boys ages 13–17 in a structured residential setting. You'll help build confidence, teach life skills, and provide consistent, compassionate support through daily routines, activities, and relationship-building. This is active, hands-on work where trust, patience, and presence make a lasting impact. If you're patient, dependable, and ready to make a real difference, this is the opportunity for you.
💲 Pay & Benefits:
💸$18/hour
💰$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
