Being a teen or young adult today comes with unique pressures, from academic demands to social changes to the stress of simply figuring out who they are becoming. Our Youth & Young Adult Yoga classes are designed to give them a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and recharge.Through accessible yoga postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, participants learn practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build both inner and outer strength. Each class encourages confidence, resilience, and self-awareness, skills that support their overall well-being and carry into school, relationships, and everyday life.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome. With a focus on inclusivity, our instructors offer variations so every student feels successful, supported, and capable.
