These classes will work across different aerial disciplines, giving students the opportunity to learn a variety of skills including; aerial trapeze, hoop and sling. Each week, students will develop their own combos and sequences, bringing all their new skills together.
All abilities are welcome whether you’ve tried some apparatus before or just starting out, each class will have something that everybody loves.
Each week participants will also get to grips with different ground-based props and some floor work to get warmed up but also begin to explore connections between ground and aerial based skills.
Classes will start at 4:45 each week, please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session to allow time for traffic and to get settled once you’ve arrived.
