Youth Acting, Ages 13-17

Theater arts programs nurture key skills like self-expression, communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving.

Our skilled instructors foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where young actors can take risks and delve into various acting techniques. Throughout the course, students will bring a short script to life, gaining hands-on experience in acting. This journey will help them discover their unique voice, experiment with character portrayal and movement, and build meaningful connections within their performances.

8 classes • One hour once a week • Followed by a student showcase.

• WHO: Youth Ages 13-17
• WHEN: Wednesday 6:00-7:00, Feb 26 - April 23 (No class Mar 19th)
• SHOWCASE (with other youth improv class): Saturday, April 26, 2:00 PM
• Each student gets 2 passes to the performance. Additional tickets for friends and family will be $5 each

1. Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
2. No refunds will be issued after the first day of class. Refunds requested prior to the first day are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Full refunds are only issued if the class is canceled.
3. We reserve the right to cancel a student's registration if payment is not completed by the due date or if they have a history of not fulfilling payment agreements.
4. Observation: Many students are more focused and engaged without loved ones present. However, if you or your student would feel more comfortable having you there on the first day, you are welcome to stay for the first 20 minutes—just be prepared to participate! If needed, we can also arrange a tour of the building or provide an opportunity to meet their teacher before the class begins. Just reach out and ask at the time of enrollment!
5. Participation/Discipline: Our goal is to make classes rewarding and fun for everyone. If a student becomes disruptive or refuses to participate in an activity, we will ask them to step aside until they are ready to rejoin. If the behavior continues, we will contact parents or caregivers to address the issue. Please note that no refunds will be given to students asked to leave the program due to behavioral concerns.
