I know that weekly yoga is what keeps my stress and health in check, so I wanted to offer the same to you ? with weekly sessions on Saturday afternoons for the foreseeable future!
This class can be as challenging as you want it to be, as I cater for all levels throughout and will leave you in an energising yet relaxed state, the perfect way to start your weekend! ?
Only $15 per person. Please BYO open mind, mat and any other yoga props you may have ??
There is plenty of free parking in the area ? the dance studio is located above the BWS, you may enter between the Night Owl and BWS, go upstairs and if you turn left you will see the entrance to the room used for yoga!
