You're Safe Here is an accreditation that tells visitors to your business that your staff know what to do if they need help, feel unsafe or are victims of a crime.
This training is for any customer-facing staff members to understand what to do if someone approaches them and asks for help or advice.
During the session we will cover the specially designed You're Safe Here flowchart, what a Hate Crime is, as well as what happens when you report something to the police or a third party.
The training is delivered with input from Merseyside Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Merseyside.
This training is available for FREE to businesses in Liverpool thanks to funding from our partners: Police and Crime Commissioner for Merseyside, Culture Liverpool and Liverpool BID Company.
