Even our bodies are comprised primarily of water. But it’s the water we can see that brings us such great joy. Not only the vast expanses of ocean, but also the quiet pools of suburban backyards, koi ponds and ordinary puddles - all these things offer us new perspectives on our environments and the world.
This group of six established artists delves into the subject of water. Their approaches range from naturalistic representations of beachfronts, streams and rivulets to increasingly abstract depictions of protean movement, reflective shimmer and glowing color.
