Yoga and Writing Workshop
Take some time to reflect and breathe. This workshop will guide you through several writing (or doodling/drawing!) prompts and yoga poses to help cultivate gratitude and grace for yourself. Yoga portions will be lead by Jordan McDonald and journal portions will be lead by Rachel Pater. Not a writer? Not a yogi? Great! There’s no test; just practice! It is beginner friendly and all writing prompts are for your eyes only!
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Bolster or pillow
- Yoga blocks
- Journal or notepad
- Writing utensils
- Dress cozy if you tend to get cold!
A portion of the proceeds will go to Richmond Reproductive Freedom Project. Sliding scale fee is $20-$40. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
