WHY? It is not ok for us to allow ourselves to be left out of the story. Voting is a right that has been hard fought for many - OUR people would be horrified to know that we had thrown it away. The adage "Those who don't know their history are destined to repeat it" is playing out before our eyes.
WHO is this for? We are interested in capturing an audience of young voters unregistered potential voters and people of color. We realize that most of our regular audience is older registered voters but we all know someone who is unregistered or who thinks that their vote doesn't matter.
Our MODERATORS Dr. Tamara Marcus Anthony Arrington and Betty Daniels will discuss why this time is different: every vote has never been more crucial.
