We hope you will consider joining us at an upcoming listening session with lunch on Addressing Food System Resilience in Virginia at the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center in Abingdon on December 16th from 12:00 - 1:30 pm. This listening session is part of the Cultivating Rural Vitality in Virginia’s Food System (CRRV) project, a collaborative seed project by Virginia Tech’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Virginia Cooperative Extension. This project is a step towards the longer-term objective to develop an actionable plan for Virginia food system resilience.
We hope to hear from people across Virginia’s food system including but not limited to farmers, local policymakers, food security organizations, planners, researchers, funders, Extension professionals, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector.
