The intention of spirituality is to bring us in alignment with our purpose and to guide us in expressing our unique frequency of creation. A spiritual journey is a personal process – to deepen your knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of yourself and your world. Your journey is an opportunity to discover who you truly are.

a Reiki practice can provide ways to start exploring your spiritual side and help improve your well-being. This course explores the possibilities of a spiritual journey with Reiki Life Force energy.
We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly “work” activities – in class and at home.
Please wear comfortable clothing for activities and meditations.
