Your Sacred Energy: Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga + Meditation

Join us at Anderson Yoga Center on Saturday, February 28 for a peace-filled evening to assist in centering your sacred self. In this class, students will explore the connection of sacred self through the seven main Chakras through guided meditation and the practice of Gentle and Yin Yoga poses. Complete with essential oils, this experiential class is all about seeking balance, and will bring greater awareness and bliss.
Chakras are energetic points in the subtle body, starting at the base of the spine and moving all the way up to the crown of your head. The word "Chakra" translates to "wheel," which is indicative of the dynamic, moving, ever-changing nature of our lifeforce, or prana. For every single person, there is a natural balance for our physical and energetic body, where the 7 major Chakras provide an ideal amount of energy to every part of your body, mind, and spirit. Sometimes, however, our Chakras can get out of balance - either being sluggish or stuck, or moving too quickly. You'll know your Chakras are our of balance the same way you'd know anything else isn't quite right - we feel tired, worn down, overly emotional, anxious, depressed, and oftentimes physical symptoms even manifest. When we focus on balancing the Chakras, we start to feel stronger, healthier, and more in tune with our lives.
$36/person. Please note that pre-registration for special events/workshops is REQUIRED. You can reserve your space through our app (under "Workshops/Events"), or through this direct booking link:
