Ever wondered why your best friend raves about wild, barnyard-y reds while you swoon for crisp, mineral-driven whites? In this interactive class, we’ll turn wine tasting into a personality quiz. Guests will answer a few lighthearted questions designed to reveal their “wine archetype;" think Bright & Zesty, Deep & Earthy, Soft & Supple, or Classic & Refined.
From there, we’ll explore how different grapes, winemaking styles, and terroirs express themselves, making connections between your quiz outcome and the flavors in your glass. The goal isn’t just to learn what you like, but also to discover why you like it and how to expand your palate in surprising, delightful ways.
Attendees will leave the class empowered with the language and knowledge to seek out more wines within their archetype on their own.
