You’ll reflect, get honest with yourself, and uncover what you actually want more of in this next season of life.From there, you’ll move into the creation portion of the day.

Morning Workshop (3 hours):
A deep dive into intention-setting, guided reflection, and a meditation experience to help you connect to your next era.

Lunch Break (1 hour):
Bring your own lunch or head out to grab something nearby.

Vision Board Creation (3 hours):
Time, space, and creative energy to build a board that feels aligned and meaningful.
