About this Event
In this Thursday Night session, we’ll use Barbara Sher’s “Your Ideal Day” exercise to explore what you actually want more of — and less of — in your daily life. Instead of starting with goals, resumes, or expectations, this exercise begins with lived experience: how you want your days to feel, what you want to spend time on, and what consistently energizes you.
You’ll work through the exercise individually and then reflect in small groups, using conversation as a way to sharpen insight and notice patterns you might miss on your own. Many people discover themes that point toward problems they want to explore further, projects they want to commit to, or changes they want to make in how they spend their time.
This session is designed as practice, not pressure. You don’t need a plan, an idea, or a specific outcome in mind — just a willingness to reflect and be curious.
