Your Health and Wellbeing (Penrith)

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our coaching workshop: Your Health and Wellbeing.

This workshop will provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can discuss the possible health impacts of your caring role, think about how you look after yourself and discover practical ways to manage your own health and wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other carers who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.

Morning tea and refreshments will be provided. Please provide details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
