Join us for a transformative workshop that blends the serenity of Yin and Vinyasa yoga with a deep, healing Breathwork journey guided by Jake Mallalieu of the Alchemy of Breath.
This unique Breathwork practice can create feelings of euphoria, vivid visuals, and profound, transformative experiences—allowing you to connect with your inner self on a whole new level.
