Laura Abley is an EMDR Practitioner and will teach body based techniques that work to settle your Nervous System. This workshop is suitable for anyone with a nervous system, and is aimed particularly at people undergoing Fertility Treatment as we know how stressful and anxiety-provoking this can be.
Some studies have found that Fertility Treatment can be similar to undergoing Cancer Treatment, and with this in mind it is essential to provide special support to this audience.
