This workshop aims to empower participants to create an end-of-life plan, documenting their wishes, and which truly reflects the unique person they are.It is about starting those important conversations, reflecting on what matters most to you, and making sure your loved ones understand your wishes. This workshop will challenge, encourage you, and resource you to make your final arrangements.
No matter your age or current state of health, it's timely to think about what type of funeral, memorial or celebration of life you want to have, and how you would like your life journey to be remembered and honoured.
