Calling all expecting parents!

Feeling a little unsure about giving birth in the hospital? I'm so excited to announce Your Empowered Birth, a childbirth class designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your hospital birth experience!This class is all about giving you evidence-based, unbiased information so YOU can make the birthing choices that are right for you. We'll cover everything you need to know to navigate the hospital setting and have the most positive birth experience possible.

Join me at Core Life Chiropractic on March 15th & 16th, from 10 am to 2 pm each day. It'll be a friendly and supportive space to learn and connect with other parents-to-be. Snacks will be provided to keep you going, and we'll have a lunch break too.
