YOUR Community Yoga Class

A yoga class for beginning and advanced students alike! This class will be a led class and will also include adjustments for those who are open to them! It will give you a taste of the yoga program at MB Fit Studio. This class is led by Amy Willett, Yin Meets Yang yoga instructor and Holly Gastil, Ashtanga Yoga instructor.
