This event is designed to Help you learn to recognize when your nervous system is not regulated, and to learn tools to regulate it, while facilitating relaxation, self Love/Care, & Increased Body Awareness as well as a renewed sense of empowerment and a deep connection to, & trust in your body! And most importantly...it can begin to give you the tools to Not Lose Your S#!T!!!
This event is in person, you are welcome to sit or bring anything that would help you relax if lying down. And while the description is a lot of words it will basically be a safe space to relax, unwind, and feel nurtured and supported enough to drop in and get to know your body.
In this 60 minute event, we will experience:
15 mins check in and frame
30 mins meditation time
15 mins integration

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Cathy Jones RCST®, LMT is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and Neuromuscular Massage Therapist. She applies what she has learned from over 25 years in the Health & Wellness Field to her Guided meditations. Cathy feels that there are many places in our culture where someone is attempting to tell us we are sick, broken, not enough, and that we don't know what we need. It is her mission to prove them wrong! She has been shown that there is an amazing well of health that all our bodies have access to and she will help reconnect you to Your body, and to it's well of Health!! There is free parking at our location. Come into the building and look for the stairs or elevator to find us on the second floor of the office building.
