Today is LOUISE HAY's birthday and the perfect day for me to announce my next event!Louise Hay, from the spirit world and via her wonderful books, has had a huge influence on me over the past 8 years. Her life-changing book, YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE, found me when I was delving through a neighbours skip back in 2018!
And here is the manifestation of years of extensive reading, learning and experiencing the ways in which we create dis-ease in our physical bodies and the amazing ways our bodies communicate with us in order to help us heal, and stay physically fit and in alignment with our own heart.

I'm excited to be joined at this wonderful event by TERESA KRISTARA, owner of The Crystal Shack, Maldon, Essex.
Teresa has a passion for the ways the body works - especially the world of gut microbiomes - and she is very well versed on the natural and organic products you can use to ease and alleviate symptoms of physical body dis-ease.
