About this Event
I, Jenny, was a birth doula, supporting couples during their labor and deliveries for 7 1/2 years. I became so passionate on educating my clients that I became a Childbirth Educator towards the end of those years.
Using my experience and training, I absolutely love teaching couples what they need in order to feel empowered during their labor and delivery process! I learn, by visual examples, hands on experience, fun interactions and activities that help me remember what was taught.
That's exactly how I teach my classes, so trust me, there will be a lot of variety throughout our day together, in hopes that it helps you grasp the information as best as you can :)
