About this Event
The Stamford Art Association invites artists, homeowners, apartment dwellers, and the general public to an evening of conversation with Liz Tardif, Art Advisor and Founder of Cherry Street Art. During this event, she will share her insights and best practices on selecting and displaying art for your home or office. Liz will guide attendees through the current Member Show Exhibit at The Townhouse Gallery, using it as a source of examples and visual aids throughout her talk.
Elizabeth Tardif (Owner of CHERRY STREET ART, Fine Art Consulting) has a passion and expertise for promoting an appreciation for the value of visual art and how it enhances our world. Through talks and presentations, she enjoys educating people on how to effectively navigate the complex and expansive world of art galleries, art fairs, online resources and auction houses and how to apply the psychology behind color, line, composition and spatial relations to sharpen your eye when acquiring art for your own home or work space.
In addition to being an art consultant, Elizabeth has years of experience as an interior designer, real estate professional, artist, and gallery manager, which has given her a unique blend of knowledge and skills to share with her clients and audiences.
