This isn't about how it looks, it's about how it feels. This is a free flow movement experience that combines embodied movement and ecstatic dance to take you to elevated states of inner bliss, with facilitation and musical journey by the creatrix and self-love muse, CleoCATra.

Dress Code: Dress to self express - Comfortable, dance-friendly attire that allows for free movement. Wear what makes you feel the most YOU.
What to Bring: A water bottle, an open heart, and a readiness to move and transform. Journal is helpful in case you want to write down anything that comes up during your dance.

YOUphoria isn’t just a movement practice—it’s a journey back to embodying your authentic, playful self. Here, there are no prescribed dance steps or choreography. Instead, we offer a free-flow movement experience designed to help you embody your most blissful and genuine self. Even if you’re not feeling particularly blissful right now, YOUphoria provides a supportive environment to explore and elevate your emotional state through movement. All of you is welcome, celebrated and loved here!
What is YOUphoria?
The name YOUphoria reflects our belief that true euphoria comes from within, from embracing and expressing who you really are. It’s about tapping into the natural joy that resides in each of us and letting it shine through every movement. At YOUphoria, the focus shifts from how you look to how you feel, creating a liberating and transformative experience. This is a dance devoted to you and the connection with your body!
Our mission is to foster a community where people feel free to explore their innermost emotions and express them through movement. All of you is welcome. We believe that when people are given the space to move without judgment, they unlock new levels of self-awareness, healing, and joy. YOUphoria is dedicated to creating these spaces, where everyone can experience the profound benefits of somatic embodiment and ecstatic dance.
What to Expect at YOUphoria
Each YOUphoria event begins with an opening circle where we set intentions, establish guidelines, and create a shared sense of purpose and community. This is followed by an embodiment warm-up, guiding participants to connect with their bodies and breath, preparing them for the dance. As the music starts, you’re invited to let go and move freely, allowing your body to express whatever it needs to. We will conclude the practice with a closing circle.

Join us for our inagural YOUphoria themed "Your Place in Space." This cosmic dance is about finding your sense of belonging within.
Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong or fantasized about being somewhere else, like a magical world or another planet?
If you've ever felt like an alien (or wished to be one) then this dance is for you.
This is your invitation to explore the unknown and wake up in the cosmos at a sparkly space party oasis.
This month’s dance is a journey through the stars, with music from a mix of genres and beats guiding you to discover euphoric and cosmic bliss… YOUphoria!
Our Agreements
To ensure a positive, liberating experience for everyone, we embrace the following guidelines:
- Celebrate Silence: Deepen your connection with movement without the distraction of words.
- Embrace Judgment-Free Expression: Dance freely without judging ourselves or others. We dance with love and compassion.
- Honor Consent: Respect personal boundaries and ensure mutual consent in all interactions. Your no is honored and celebrated. Use the namaste hands at anytime to complete a dance. (Will talk more about this in the opening circle)
- Live in the Moment: Enjoy the dance fully—no photos or videos allowed.
- Savor Sobriety: Experience the pure joy of movement with a clear mind and open heart.
These agreements help create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore the full freedom of expression. By the end of the session, you’ll often find yourself in a state of euphoric liberation, having accessed deeper layers of emotional and physical well-being.

CleoCatra is a passionate soul dedicated to FEELING life to the fullest, dancing like a wild woman, and embracing creative expression and radical self-love. She guides somatic embodiment workshops and hosts playful, conscious events in Houston that foster deep human connection and self-exploration. With her magnetic presence and deep understanding of movement, CleoCatra creates safe spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies and spirits, discovering new levels of bliss and authenticity.
