Join us on Saturday 7/27 for an afternoon indoor (air conditioned) dance floor oasis at Aura Holistic in Spring, TX, where you can flow, vibe, and be you!
This is a free flow movement experience for you to be you, for you! YOUphoria is a sanctuary for self-expression designed for those seeking conscious experiences, authentic connections, and heart-led movement. This isn't about how it looks, it's about how it feels. This is a free flow movement experience that combines embodied movement and ecstatic dance to take you to elevated states of inner bliss, with facilitation and musical journey by the creatrix and self-love embodiment muse, CleoCATra.

- Dress Code: Comfortable, dance-friendly attire that allows for free movement. Wear what makes you feel the most YOU.
- What to Bring: A water bottle, an open heart, and a readiness to move and transform. Journal is helpful in case you want to write down anything that comes up during your dance.

</h4><h4>What to Expect at YOUphoria</h4>
Each YOUphoria event begins with an opening circle where we set intentions, establish guidelines, and create a shared sense of purpose and community. This is followed by an embodiment warm-up, guiding you out of your head and connecting your to your body and breath. As the music starts and the dance begins, you’re invited to let go and move freely, allowing your body to express whatever it needs to. We'll end with a closing circle and time to connect with other participants as well as perusing all the goodies in the Aura shop.

Join us for our inagural YOUphoria themed "Your Place in Space." This cosmic dance is about finding your sense of belonging within.Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong or fantasized about being somewhere else, like a magical world or another planet?
If you've ever felt like an alien (or wished to be one) then this dance is for you.This is your invitation to explore the unknown and wake up in the cosmos at a sparkly space party oasis.
This month’s dance is a journey through the stars, with music from a mix of genres and beats guiding you to discover euphoric and cosmic bliss… YOUphoria!
Shake out stagnant energy and move your body into elevated states of bliss.
YOUphoria Dance Floor Agreements
To create a safe, supportive, and liberating experience for everyone, we embrace the following guidelines at YOUphoria:
- Celebrate Silence: Deepen your connection with movement without the distraction of words. Enjoy the dance fully and allow your body to speak for you.
- Embrace Judgment-Free Expression: Dance freely without judging yourself or others. We dance with love and compassion, honoring every individual's unique expression.
- Honor Consent: Respect personal boundaries and ensure mutual consent in all interactions. Your "no" is honored and celebrated. Use the namaste hands at any time to end a dance, and we will discuss this further in the opening circle.
- Live in the Moment: Enjoy the dance fully—no photos or videos allowed. This ensures everyone can be present and authentic without distractions.
- Savor Sobriety: Experience the pure joy of movement with a clear mind and open heart. This is a sober event, allowing everyone to connect deeply and authentically.
By adhering to these agreements, we create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where everyone can explore the full freedom of expression and discover deeper layers of emotional and physical well-being. At YOUphoria, we celebrate and respect all genders, races, and sexualities, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to express their authentic selves without fear of judgment or discrimination.

CleoCatra is a passionate soul dedicated to FEELING life to the fullest, dancing like a wild woman, and embracing creative expression and radical self-love. She guides somatic embodiment workshops and hosts playful, conscious events in Houston that foster deep human connection and self-exploration. With her magnetic presence and deep understanding of movement, CleoCatra creates safe spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies and spirits, discovering new levels of bliss and authenticity.
