Saturday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

When and how to integrate chair-based movement into mixed-level classes
2. Foundations of Anatomy & Movement
Functional anatomy for aging populations and limited mobility
Joint safety: spine, shoulders, hips, knees
Range of motion vs. flexibility
Understanding postural patterns common in chair yoga students
Contraindications and red flags
3. Chair Yoga Posture Library
Seated & standing postures:
Warm-ups and mobility sequences
Seated sun salutations
Chair-supported standing poses (Warrior variations, lunges, balances)
Gentle twists, folds, heart openers
Core and stabilization exercises
