Young Women's STEAM Camp @ MakerspaceURI

Join our Young Women's STEAM Camp for a week of exploration and innovation! Dive into science, technology, engineering, art and math through hands-on projects and collaborative learning. Empower yourself in a supportive environment designed to inspire women in STEAM. Whether you're discovering new interests or building on your skills, make your mark with us!

All students will leave the camp with a finished project of their design utilizing the tools and technology available to them. This could be anything from a wearable electronic device, to a 3D printed or Laser Cut sculpture or a piece of clothing.

Dates: Monday August 19 - Friday August 23, 2024

Time: Camp runs from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Drop-off: 9:30 - 10:00 am

Lunch: 12:00 - 12:30 pm

*Campers may either bring lunch from home or purchase a meal from the memorial union.

Pickup: 3:00 - 3:30 pm

Ages Range: Ages 12 - 15 (Grades 7 - 10)
