YMP Montreal is pleased to present a speaking event about sustainability in mining with two speakers that are experts in the field and bring drastically different viewpoints. Both will present a topic of their choice and take questions from the audience. They will be available after to further discuss if wanted.
Frederic Picard is the Director of Climate Change at Rio Tinto Aluminum that is leading the way in various green technologies in the mining industry.
Olivier Dufresne is the co-founder of Exterra Carbon solutions, a green mining start up here in Montreal seeking to repurpose mine tailings for carbon capture.
