THE YOUNG MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH CHILL: 25th October 2025 it is. All the preliminaries are set and the ball started rolling. I am inviting all young men for this chill. For us to engage with those who have gone ahead of us in career, life, education and life-Pressure management. We will have topics ranging from Marriage, finances, mental health, Work experiences etc.
We will further have panels to discuss specific topics like; Anxiety, stress, depression, substance use, addiction, burnout etc. and all around young men.
