Activity Name: Young Masters 8 Week Art Journey - 3D Plaster Sculpture
Ages: 10-Teen
Class Dates: Fridays 9/12 through 10/10 (5 sessions) from 5:30-7pm
Activity Description: In this program, students will receive step-by instruction in the art of 3-D design and construction using plaster and other materials to create unique artwork. They will learn the basics of sculpture concepts as they create their own colorful bird sculpture. Participants will also learn about the process of creating a 3-dimensional object using plaster and other materials.

More Information: Our Young Masters programs are geared for pre-teen and teen artists wishing to explore the world of art in a way that inspires uniqueness and creativity along with skill-building. We teach simple and fun projects to them that encourage self expression, education, and fundamental art skills. They will learn a variety of art mediums in these programs with a wonderful instructor.
This age group is so creative and their imaginations are limitless. We encourage them to express their own unique imaginations and teach them how to do it with art. We may paint with brushes or hands, draw with crayons, markers and more. We may also explore other forms of art. We often include educational pieces into our programs to help expand the mind as well as the heart.
Our main goal is to foster expressive creativity and build self confidence all while having fun. We help them to grow and use their wonderful imaginations in an unlimited way.
