Explore the art of jewelry metalsmithing for ages 13–17!

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Give your teen the chance to get hands-on with jewelry making in a fun, safe, creative environment! Students will learn foundational skills in metalsmithing through guided instruction and independent practice.
Techniques covered include:
- Sawing – Shape metal with precision
- Filing & Forming – Refine and sculpt designs
- Texturing – Create unique surface patterns
- Soldering – Join metal elements securely
- Finishing – Polish and complete each piece
Each student will leave with handmade jewelry and a strong foundation in essential techniques.

Instructor
Amber Romero is a professional jeweler with over 22 years of experience. She leads the Chimera Arts jewelry studio and has taught both youth and adults in a welcoming, hands-on environment that builds confidence and creativity.
