Let’s take this opportunity to enjoy nature and the great outdoors! Explore the different plant and animal species that call scrub habitat their home. Florida Scrub Jays, Eastern Towhees, Brown Thrashers, Northern Cardinals, Blue-Gray Gnat-Catchers, Gray Catbirds, and others can often be seen or heard in the preserve. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather, bring water, wear closed-toed shoes, and be prepared to hike on unpaved, sugar sand trails. Binoculars and camera are optional but recommended. Limited to 25 participants. Loaner binoculars will be available upon request.Registration link:
