Young @ Heart, Body and Mind are our activities tailored towards the more mature members of our community. All sessions are targeted to support positive wellbeing, staying active, and mental stimulation. Our Wednesday sessions are Move it or Lose it - a seated exercise session

Knit/Craft and Natter - as it says on the tin. Whatever you enjoy doing or just natters, welcome.
And our Quiz runs in the background, you can dip in and out or go for the win. 11am-12pm
