Definitive Brewing Company and Fat Kid Culinary Productions present a Collaborative 207 Beer Week Food & Beer Pairing Event!

You Say Potato is brought to you by the brewers at Definitive and the Chefs at Fat Kid.

This beer and food pairing is in honor of 207 Beer Week! To celebrate the collaborative and creative nature of the beer industry we decided to showcase a selection of our beers alongside a variety of dishes based on one of everyone's favorite foods...the potato! Three creative dishes will be presented alongside three Definitive Beers.

Definitive Portland at 35 Industrial Way on Saturday, November 9th. You can redeem your ticket any time during open hours from 11am - 8pm.

Get ready for a gastronomic delight! Your ticket buys you:

• Three 10oz Definitive Beers
• Three food courses from Fat Kid
• Tickets are $30

Menu and pairing info coming soon! Rest assured some delicious potato dishes are on the horizon, think items like Pierogis, Gnocchi, etc. Exact details coming soon.
