Mrs. Michelle Hall-Boggan MSW will be teaching a mini master class on evolving as well as giving us some guided grounding meditation. She makes you feel like it’s only you & her in the room. Her soothing voice speaks the right verbiage to allow your mind to meditate body to relax & soul to get what it needs.
Ms. Nola will get us tuned in with her sound bowls & then stretched out/in touch with our creative sides our sacral chakra with what she calls Sacral Siren! Tip from previous events make sure you stretch before you get STRETCHED!
Ms. Krystle will be reading from the newest version of her book Nourish. She is a woman of many talents for sure not to be doubted!
We will also have a vendor or two so please be prepared to support!
