The You Night sisterhood retreat gives the Class of 2024, plus other adult female cancer survivors in our community the opportunity to come together in a relaxing setting where relationships can be further enriched through shared experiences and just good old fashioned "girl time!" The You Night Retreat focuses on fun and educational team-building activities, with plenty of downtime to enjoy the pool and each other's company. The retreat also offers an escape from everyday life, where participants can rest and find refuge, learn and encourage one another, hug, laugh and develop lifelong friendships. SCHEDULE, Thursday, July 18th:
*Arrive between 4 - 6 p.m.
*Dinner at 6 p.m.
*Evening Activity from 7 - 9 p.m.
*Enjoy a dip in the pool or time in the jacuzzi
*Quiet time in the complex starts at 10 p.m.
Friday, July 19th
*Breakfast for lodging guests from 8 - 10 a.m.
*Yoga/Stretch and Inspiration with Miranda in the morning for lodging guests from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
*Day Pass guests can arrive at 10 a.m.
*Runway training for October 5th Event with Coach Leslie from 10 a.m. - Noon
*Lunch Noon - 1 p.m.
*Pool Time 1 - 5 p.m.
*Dinner 6 p.m.
*Group Activity 7:30 - 9 p.m.
Saturday, July 20th
*Breakfast for our lodging guests from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
