Mental health matters! Join us on October 10, 2025, World Mental Health Day, for a walk/run to raise awareness and help end the stigma surrounding mental health.
Event details: Oct 10th at 6pm at RunWell.
- Kicking off with mindful meditation
- 4 mile walk or run (bring a headlight or flashlight)
- Presentation and discussion w/(mental health professionals (TBD))
- Purchase a custom "You Matter" shirt and all profits from shirt sales will be donated to Mental Health non-profit organizations.
We ask you to invite a friend, call a friend, check in on a friend, and let's join together, open the dialogue and help end the stigma around discussing mental health with our friends and family.
