Our career fairs are a part of our Economic Justice Program:
The Economic Justice Program (EJP) empowers the LGBTQ+ community in Sacramento County by providing job readiness training, career coaching, education, and legal services. We partner with local businesses to create inclusive career fairs and help individuals achieve economic justice. We work with Black, Indigenous, Queer, Transgender, People of Color (BIQTPOC) leaders and local businesses EJP will strategically address the barriers LGBTQ+ and people of color face during their journey to becoming employed. By addressing systemic barriers and empowering individuals, EJP is working to build a more just and equitable future for all.
