The 'You are the Help' program teaches the basic skills to help keep a family member, friend, colleague, or stranger alive and safe between the time an incident occurs until emergency responders/professional help arrives.
The topics covered include calling 9-1-1, staying safe when providing help, stopping the bleeding, positioning the injured, providing comfort, and workshopping scenarios to build your confidence and empower you to provide help until help arrives.
