Expect 3 nights of sisterhood, art, mantra, somatic healing, integral movement, campfires, and a little bit of magic! You will share a room with one or two other women, so bring a friend or be open to sharing space and meeting new people!

If you are ready to embrace a new life for yourself, a new way of thinking, a new way of being, it is time to say YES to the 3 night You are Sacred women's retreat just 45 min southwest of Edmonton. It is time for you to say YES to YOU! It is time to re-ignite your passion for life! It is time to release all that is keeping you stuck in the monotony that can take hold, keeping you from your true happiness.
We will nourish our bodies with healthy food and yoga, and our minds with deep meditation and mantra. We will nourish our souls through sitting in sisterhood around the campfire, and transform our belief systems through breathwork and art. We will open up to ancient wisdom through sacred ceremony and be in awe of all the nature has to offer us through the magic of connecting with the elements. By the end of our 3 nights together you will feel restored, inspired and have freedom in the heart and mind. It won't hurt that you will leave with not only some new friends, but some soul sisters who too want to better understand this journey of the heart that we call life.

Your days will be filled with nature and amazing creative and educational workshops, making new friends and delicious and nutritious meals! Your evenings, filled with deep healing, fire ceremonies and rituals helping you to release all that does not serve you and step into more of all that you are.

Your registration includes:
- 3 Healthy, warm, comforting meals per day plus snacks

Retreat starts Thursday at 7:30pm and Ends Sunday at 12pm.
There are no cancellations or refunds, but you can transfer your registration to someone else on approval of Above Average Wellness.
