Workshop: Do you find yourself always trying to be and play what you think a character should be?What if the interesting part of each character you play comes from what YOU bring to thatrole? In this workshop, we will identify the character traits that make you a fabulous and interestingindividual, and use those gifts to create characters that incorporate your unique Point of View.
About Jessica: Jessica Young is an actress and improviser based in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience performing, teaching and coaching improv,she has traveled all over the country with her long running teams Kind Strangers and Big Yellow Taxi. She is a founding board member of Improv Utopiawhere she serves as the Activities Director and teaches Genreprov. Favorite TV credits include New Girl, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and For the People.She enjoys all things paper, watching CBS Sunday Morning and rage walking.
Workshop details: This workshop takes place in the 207 Santora Building in downtown Santa Ana. It is walking distance from the Frida Cinema, allow some time for parking and finding the building. Once you enter the building, head to the top floor. The class cap is 14, so enroll soon!
