Join the Yoruba Social and Cultural Association of British Columbia (Yoruba BC) as we celebrate International Men’s Day 2025, proudly sponsored by the SurreyCares Community Foundation.
This year’s theme, “Supporting Men and Boys,” focuses on strengthening family relationships, promoting men’s health and wellness, and fostering intergenerational mentorship in our communities.

- Agba Akin Dr. Josiah Akinsanmi (Ph.D, MBA) – Past President, Yoruba BC; Distinguished Academic and Community Leader.
- Dr. Abiodun Famakinwa (FRCPC, MRCPsych) – Consultant Psychiatrist, Fraser Health Authority; Expert in Mental Health and Well-being.
