Yorkshires Strongest Man Masters 2025Over 40s/50s
As previously over 40s and 50s will all compete together, top 3 over 40 and top 3 over 50 (highest placing over 50s takes 1st 2nd 3rd)
Entry is £35 payable via PayPal to [email protected] add your to shirt size and if you are over 40 or over 50 to the payment (payments are non refundable)
Events are as follows
Event 1
Maximum Log press
opening weight 80kg and will increase in 10kg increments you can skip a lift but if you fail a lift you will finish on your last successful lift
Event 2
Maximum deadlift on a texas deadlift bar (suits allowed)
opening weight 200kg bar will rise in increments of 20kg up to 300kg and then in 10kg increments you can skip lifts but if you fail a lift you will finish on your last successful lift
Event 3
Yoke 15m into Frame 15m
Yoke weight 280kg Frame weight 200kg

Dinnie Stone hold for time 144/188kg Straps allowed
Event 5
Stone run to decending wall 90/100/110/120/140
