(Chalk allowed - NO tacky)
2️⃣ Anchor Pull (15m)
NOVICE: 150kg
INTERS: 175kg
OPENS: 200kg
(Chalk allowed, seated arm over arm)
3️⃣ Sandbag Toss (2.5m)
NOVICE: 10kg/12kg/14kg/16kg
INTERS: 12kg/14kg/16kg/18kg
OPENS: 14kg/16kg/18kg/20kg
(Sandbags landing on bar will be classed as over)
4️⃣ Tyre Walk into Duck Walk (15m each way)
NOVICE: 65kg/70kg
INTERS: 100kg/80kg
OPENS: 100kg/90kg
(Tyre can be picked in any manner, tyre and duck walk can be dropped and picked back up)
5️⃣ Conans Wheel (counted in quarter reps)
NOVICE: 100kg
INTERS: 120kg
OPENS: 140kg
(Once dropped, no picking back up)
Straps/belts/sleeves can be worn by competitors where and when they see fit.
