About this Event
In the first year of York Whisky Club, we put on a Christmas Micro-festival which was a great success, so we followed that with a Summer Festival including a cocktail making class.
People loved the ability to try a great selection of drams, take a moment in the sunny garden and chat to exhibitors who are as passionate about whisky as we are, so we are returning to the delightful York Medical Society for the York Whisky Club SUMMER FESTIVAL 2024 with an expanded event with more exhibitors (inc. 2x distilleries - see below), our famous tasting table, tasting sessions and the usual excitements and giveaways!

Ellers Farm Distillery
You’ve seen the ads with Ricky Gervais for Dutch Barn Vodka but what we’re most excited about is the arriving whisky – The Evolution Collection. Grab your exclusive opportunity to try their whisky as it (almost) nears the end of its maturing journey. They are also running our first tasting session.
Spirit of Yorkshire
One of Yorkshire’s finest, the established farm-to-bottle distillery that is Spirit of Yorkshire will be pouring in the Oak Paneled Room..
Morgan and his team are also putting on a boilermaker tasting, with beer-matured whisky and whisky-matured beers.
