About this Event
Perhaps you've got your head around the climate crisis? Or the ecological crisis? It's already a head scratcher. The Stockholm Resilience Centre have identified a further 7 other earth systems that we need to be aware of. Together they call these "planetary boundaries."
"The planetary boundaries framework highlights the rising risks from human pressure on nine critical global processes that regulate the stability and resilience of the Earth."
These 9 planetary boundaries are exposed and explained in this systemic and collaborative 3-hour workshop.
The last part of the workshop will have a specific York focus and explore local actions and solutions. Depending on the group we can tailor this to have a more business or citizen focus.
You can find out more about the Planetary Boundaries here.
